I recently placed an order for a new phone and when I hit confirm I didn't see that my apt/unit number was missing! Now I just saw the UPS driver pass by and leave my complex and saw on the website that it is said "incomplete/missing additional information" on the address!
I tried to update on UPS.com to allow them to deliver but it is locked due to the sender. How do I get Verizon or who do I talk to to fix this?

In my case, I was upgrading my phone, but not change in my current plan. I called customer service and they said the only way to resolve this was to place the order again,,, and it happened again,, and both phones were "returned to sender".

I called Customer Support and they refunded my purchase and I reorder the phone. And Again, the apt number was missing on the shipping address. This is the 2x time. Needless to say, I have to call Again to have them cancel the order. I don't think Verizon has the technology to ship to apartment addresses.
