I need an actual person that can assist me with my account - would prefer email as I would only like to tell the story (again) one more time and not to multiple people if I have to call in. I have tried chat, in store and even sent an email to a regional manager that sent me a note regarding a poor survey I originally submitted in November. I never heard back from the manager and I'm tired of working with a different person every time I chat with someone - they can't help me. I have billing errors that have gone on for 3 months - chatting every month with someone new - and I would like to have a single person that I can work with until the issues are figured out. They deal primarily with autopay discounts (autopay is working fine but no discounts) and military discounts (submitted documentation but hasn't been applied) - both which should've been applied starting in December but haven't been - and apparently there is nothing the chat representatives have authority to assist with. Once we get the billing cleaned up for good I'll be back to being a happy Verizon customer - like I have been for many years. Help.
