Didn't say that you were trying to keep both devices. Simply stated why VZW won't refund the charge until one device is returned.
What does working in retail have anything to do with why you're right? I worked in retail for 22 years. That doesn't make me right. I don't get your reasoning there. In any case. Sounds like you're leaving Verizon anyway so I guess I don't need to make futile efforts trying to help you. I can spend my time and information some where else where someone will actually care and listen.

or Core as the guy said it was called I've got it figured out. Both phones
were flagged for a delivery exception and were not delivered to me. They
are in route back to Verizon in fort Worth TX. And once there they will be
processed and my money will be released back to my card but it could take
10 days. I really need that money back and I wish there was a way to get it
now since I've never even touched these phones so clearly when they get to
the warehouse they are exactly like they were when they were shipped. I've
had Verizon prepaid for 2+ years with no problems so I was planning on
bringing my daughter to Verizon from straight talk and I was planning on
buying a Moto z for myself from Verizon at retail price and using it as a
prepaid phone. So I was planning on giving you guys some business and
spending a good amount of money. And nice people like you and the folks at
Core make me want to stay with Verizon and I would if my money could be
release back to me now instead of 10+ days. $1400 is 2 paychecks for me. I
don't know if giving you my mobile number will help you look into this
issue but it's [Removed]. I can also email you the order numbers and
location numbers for each phone. It's just really hard waiting for this
money and I'm nervous I'm never going to get it back. I really do
appreciate you reaching out to me. I will email you more info once I look
through the emails and write everything down. I don't know what my security

Well. You have to now wait for FedEx to reverse the shipping and then the processing time plus the time it takes for your CC company to update the charges. We told you repeatedly to take the unwanted devices back to a corporate store where they could have been processed on the spot as returned and it would have taken a lot less time for you to get the charges back to your CC.
Yes I now realize that would have been the best route but on Saturday when
this happened I was very upset and I had a very nice lady in the fraud Dept
help me out even though it was not her job to do so. She took about 2 hours
looking into this for me and we thought it would be best to be flagged for
a delivery exception and we didn't even know for sure if it worked BC
Monday morning they were on the truck heading to me and then around 830 the
delivery exception showed up on the Fed ex tracking page. Having $1400
taken out of my account was upsetting and I know I wasn't thinking clearly
I was in a panic. I still am I've never touched the phones and now they are
on their way to fort Worth TX and my money is just in limbo. But the people
at internet order support have assured me I will get it back it's just hard
