I have followed every direction your customer service gave me back in October to trade in my old iPhone X for a promotional credit on the new iPhone 12. Now despite 5 months and at this point hours on the phone with customer service it has still not been resolved. At this point I feel like your customer service is ripping me off more than $400. Completely unacceptable. Is this how you treat customers who have been with you more than a decade??? I should have kept my phone and sold it privately. This is ridiculous.
I could not sympathize more. In December I got a "get an iPhone 12 mini on us" text. I went through the offer, met all requirements (even the support agents agree) and I still have device charges on my bill. I am getting ready to pay off ('free") phone and port to another carrier.
