My phone's current plan is Verizon Prepaid Unlimited Plan with my family.
Prolong vacation date is getting closer now, so during the vacation, I need to stop using Verizon service for about 2 to 3 months.
My question is,
1. All I need to do is turn-off the auto payment for my plan, right?
2. If I want to resume the service, can I continue my phone number and loyalty discount before stop payment for vacation outside US?
3. Is there time limitation to keep my phone number and loyalty plan after not making the payment?
Thank you!
We want you to be setup for success with your Prepaid account.
To stop renewing, all you'll need to do is turn off AutoPay, and service will stop at the end of the bill cycle.
To resume service with the same phone number, make sure to renew within 60-days of your last payment.
As for your loyalty discount. A gap in payment does not impact loyalty progress as long as the phone number isn't disconnected completely.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you for reply!
I just turn-off the auto payment, but it seems my loyalty discount just resetted... Is this resetted completely, or it will return normal discount later?
