My service was suspended for non-payment yet I made a payment yesterday then I had to make a payment again for the same amount today I’m so confused and I cannot get a hold of anyone every time I try it says that an agent is not available to talk to me

You might have to deal with the Financial services department at 866.266.1445 to verify what you owe to restore your service.
