I've been going around with this site all week! They wouldn't even recognize my phone number, I didn't remember my stupi PIN, and they locked me out for a few days! I went to the local store and said that I wanted to reduce my data plan, and the guy told me I have to do it here! So I came back here, and FINALLY got back into the site, and now it won't even give me the option of reducing it! I'M FURIOUS!!!
