I did not get a copy of my February bill with my voice data usage which support told me I would receive by yesterday. When I called support and spent hours of my time trying to get answers, they finally wound up telling me that I would need a Sopena to get it. I was told that I would have to pay five dollars for a copy per month that I wanted for the last eighteen months because I am a prepaid customer. This is my info and I want it. What is going on with Version and how do I get it.
