New IPhone 12 purchased on June 20th. No cellular data only works when using WIFI. Called Verizon Tech Support several times have spent hours on the phone. Exchanged IPhone at the Verizon store same issue. Tech said phone not completely activated. Spent hours on the phone with Apple Support and they said a Verizon issue. Store refuses to exchange again but Tech Support said take it back to the store. Filed complaint with BBB getting ready to file with Horry County Small Claims Court. Need resolution on this issue!
My Android phone works perfectly fine and it's an unlocked variant. Got it working without a single call to Verizon. Apple is a pain with their activation requiring Apple's activation server on top of the carrier.
Turn off wifi and try doing a network reset. If that still doesn't work, ditch Apple.
