Pathetic change to first pages of bill beginning in Nov 2019 - cumbersome multi-line detail spread out across first page, second page incomplete - just says "additional 4 lines: but no summary info for those lines. Also - single page summary for all line charges near end of bill no longer exists which is all I reall need. Do the people designing this even ever look at a bill or have to allocate??? Tried to use online chat for this but got automated junk answers back. Asked to chat with a representative - no response! Used to be very impressed with Verizon service - they just took themselves down to the level of Frontier internet when it comes to service.
