I recently upgraded my phone to the Galaxy S22 from the Galaxy S20FE and the battery life is terrible. I bought it online and want to return it in store, but am considering exchanging it at the store for a replacement S21FE. Will this be possible?
We definitely want you to have a great working device. A phone can be returned or exchanged within the first 30 days. If you are within 30 days, you can take the phone to any Verizon Company store to return or exchange it. https://www.verizon.com/stores If after 30 days, then the device can only be replaced under warranty.
