My phone order is shipping to an incorrect address through FedEx. Attempts to contact FedEx over phone did not work, and attempts to get FedEx to hold the order at a store location over their website did not work either. I have attempted to contact Verizon and have not been able to reach a representative. Any assistance would be appreciated, I need this fixed urgently. Thank you.
I also have an issue where I went through the process to change the shipping address only to see the order being shipped to the service address. How do I go about getting the shipment to the correct address? I have screenshots of the order screens, including one showing the correct shipping address.
