Because when you multiply all those extra surchages with 120 million or so Verizon customers it equals a lot of extra money for them.

Administrative surcharges have gone up. Besides that, it's up to you to look at your two most recent side bills side by side. We can't do that part for you.

Can we dispute the surcharge increases?  It's bad that within the last two months we have two increases.

This is primarily a public Community Forum of VerizonWireless customers to share info/issues with each other.  Agents of VerizonWireless do post/comment on this forum and are explicitly identified as such. Anyone else is just a customer like you.

“Customer service” is impossible to miss when they post.  You can see one eventually responded on this  thread I linked at the bottom.  
    As fellow customers we give advice, or information.   We get nothing, no discount, no pay, for posting suggestions.     As in this case, the obvious, read your bill and compare to prior bills to see what the difference is.   It might be a self-answering question.
