I go to check my order status, enter name, Order number, Location code. I submit, and then without fail it takes me to an INTERNAL SERVER ERROR page. Nice website? Fix it and let me know when done.

I just got a reply from a "JoelR_VZW" at Verizon, but for some reason it didn't also appear in this thread.
In true Verizon our-tech-never-works fashion, every single one of the 3 email addresses they tell me to reply to just bounce immediately, so I'm forced to reply here.
Anyway, since I'm not going put my specific order info here for the public to see, this is the best I can do:
- To answer your question of if order was already placed, yes it was already placed. Hence me checking the order status with my order number, duh.
- Yes, tested on multiple devices/browsers, with and without cookies. I'm a software developer myself.

As I've previously stated, all replies to your emails just bounce immediately. That's definitely a problem but not what I'm addressing here.
My order # is [Removed], and my Location code is 1519501. I'm sure with that info you can find my last name and test your own page here:
Just plug in those 3 pieces of info, and you'll see the page break the same way I do. There, now you have your "known issue".

I already provided my order # in a previous post. One would think you'd be able to look at your own systems and easily answer all the questions you just asked me.
The order number was removed from the post. That's considered personal information and isn't permitted to be posted on the public forum.
