Why does every option and feature work when I access my account in My Verizon EXCEPT for the Internet Spam Blocking feature under Family Controls. I have been trying unsuccessfully to access the feature. It either will not load or when I finally get through to enter the email address I need blocked it says there is a problem. Verizon needs to address this issue.

Are you trying to update your account through the My Verizon App, or online through a computer web browser. If you've tried a computer, what browser are you using? Have you tried more than one?
