I am trying to trade in my device, and I keep getting an "Invalid Address. Please try again." Error. I tried chatting with support, and they were not helpful and just referred me to the trade in support line which also wasn't helpful. I have tried on both website and the app, and I get the same error.

As you have received the same error on both website and app, may I ask if you have access to a different device to try once more? Can you share a screenshot of your screen immediately preceding the error message?
