My bill was increased $10 this month (March 2020) for unlimited, and I was trying to contact the Verizon thru chat, no one's there to answer.
One line is $70
2 lines is $60 each, or $120
3 lines is $45 each, or $135
You gave no point of reference. How many lines did you have before you had 2 lines? Did you dad a line part way through a month? Did you lose an auto pay credit ?
ANNARAY150 Having a good understanding of the charges on your bill is vital. Please tell me more about the plan that you have and the lines on the account? Share details. We are here to help.
You're giving us little to no information.
WHAT is the name of your plan on EACH line?
HOW MANY lines did you have before the two?
DID you change anything with autopay / paid early with a credit card?
This is something looking at both your statements would tell you.
- I'm having the same exact problem. First I got the free high-speed that was limited ,coronaviruss stimulus and then reset or something back to zero data. I have unlimited data $30 a month. Guess not want anymore! They want $10 but then in the screen it said $40 due now for the unlimited...
I’m sure you think that post makes sense, but not so much.
If you have an unlimited postpaid data plan it has a name (on your bill).
Or you are prepaid, the $30 plan is not unlimited, or ‘free’.
I don’t think you know what you have or what was offered.
