***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. For one hour and 17 minutes I was told I need to talk to customer support then tech than insurance then back to customer support to simply file a lifetime warranty for my screensaver are you kidding me and then finally I’m told they’re closed today here’s the number is rising the worst customer service ever I think I’m gonna have to look into changing after 20 years and go to AT&T just pathetic beyond belief

I would rank att just as bad but I agree they Verizon have got bad

A screensaver is something outdated for desktops, assuming you mean screen protector. 

Many products with a limited lifetime warranty require you to go to the manufacturers website to file -- this will be listed on the packaging. You don't specify the brand, assuming Zagg.

You don't register an accessory warranty with the carrier you bought it from...a Google search would have told you that.
