For one hour and 17 minutes I was told I need to talk to customer support then tech than insurance then back to customer support to simply file a lifetime warranty for my screensaver are you kidding me and then finally I’m told they’re closed today here’s the number is rising the worst customer service ever I think I’m gonna have to look into changing after 20 years and go to AT&T just pathetic beyond belief

A screensaver is something outdated for desktops, assuming you mean screen protector.
Many products with a limited lifetime warranty require you to go to the manufacturers website to file -- this will be listed on the packaging. You don't specify the brand, assuming Zagg.
You don't register an accessory warranty with the carrier you bought it from...a Google search would have told you that.
