Is activation taking longer than normal because of the coronavirus?
Activation should be a completely automated process on their servers. Unless you had everyone and I mean everyone activating a new phone at the same time, then maybe it would be slower than usual, but most people should already have activated their phones long before this current pandemic.

We definitely don't want you to have any issues activating service with us. Ann154 is correct (thanks @Ann154 !), it should be a quick process to activate a line, and we are not showing any issues or delays with it. Tell me, are you activating new service, or are you activating a new (or new to you) phone? Since posting, are you still having issues? We do want to make sure you're okay, so please let us know if we can be of any additional assistance.
