I seem to be unable to reach anyone about an issue I'm having where we need to change who the account manager is but we can't because the system doesn't know who the account owner is.
I've tried going through the chat on the webpage, which says connecting to a live agent but then will time out the session.
I've tried using the chat assistant on the My Verizon app, which also sits at connecting to a live agent but goes nowhere.
I've scheduled Verizon to call me back, but then the system calls me, I press 1 and input my pin. Then the system says connecting, hangs up on me and then the automated system calls me back and starts that loop over again.
I've gone in store and they said they can't help me.
What are my options here?
