From asking if my monthly bill would change after after upgrading to latest STB (was told no, but obviously did), boxes not being able to be activated (seven calls over the last 10 days), appointments set up with no one showing up and when I call, the support agent tells me the ticket was updated with todays date, 8-12 noon for a service call, but I am not on the schedule/ Then assures me someone would be here today by 4PM. Well you guessed it, no one shows and no one calls. This monopoly has the absolute worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Every single time I have to call them for service, nothing gets resolved but my bill goes up!
