First of all, i am not under a prepaid plan. Ever since i got my Galaxy s5 back in December 27th, 2014, I noticed that the phone did not change on my plan in the Verizon wireless. I previously owned a Droid 4 and that is the same one that appears on the Verizon website. It has been bothering me lately so I tried to do the online switch. Once it prompts me to the insert sim card page, which is the last page of the set up, I follow the steps but the cell phone registered (Droid 4) still will not change. Is it a matter of time before it changes or will I have to call in order to have this fixed?
