iv been having the same issues for 6 months now, every representative I speak to says they are going to fix the problem but it has only gotten worse. Now that I am 6 months in. my bill is astronomical and I refuse to pay it. what do I do? I feel like every time I ask to speak with a manager I get transferred to a representative that is training. I am so frustrated that changing numbers and saving a bunch of money with any other service provider sounds like the move.... someone help
