I am trying to access the My Verizon app on my iphone and the page says No Internet Connection but I am connected to the Internet. I also tried it in an LTE area - same result. Refresh doesn't help, nor did deleting and reinstalling the app from the iPhone store.
There have been issues with the My Verizon application as well as account page on the website since yesterday when they released the unlimited plan. There web portals are getting a ton of traffic and are having difficulties keeping up. Give it some time and you'll find things will begin working again soon.
BradQue, we want to make sure that all of your functions on the phone are up and running with no issues. How long have you been having this issue with your My Verizon App? Have you been able to check lately to see if you can gain access into your account? Please keep me posted.

Thanks. It started working the next day. Maybe, since the day it was down was the day Verizon rolled out the new unlimited data plan, the system was busy. When it started working it looked as if the app had been updated.
