I have been having problems with the website all day and i've spent way too much time on this already today. Verizon really doesn't make it easy, do they? I try logging in, and even though I click "Remember Me", it doesn't, so if I happen to close the tab or, for whatever reason, log out and log back in, I have to reauthorize. and that authorization doesn't always work. It sends a message to my phone, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. If I tell them to send the code to my email, I'll get the code, copy and paste it (and even input it manually), and it still doesn't work. WHAT IS GOING ON? So annoying. I was on the chat with customer service earlier today and then it froze up so I just closed out the tab and moved on. With all this it really seems like they don't want my business.
Now i'm getting a message that My Verizon is unavailable right now, so I don't know if i've been locked out or what. I was thinking of getting a replacement phone, but at this point, if I can't get into my account, maybe I'll sign up with someone else.
Nearly 20 years as a customer and can't even get into my account.
