I tried to call yesterday, gave up and scheduled a call back. It was supposed to be 18 minutes approximately....no call back as of 19~20 HOURS later.
i tried to schedule one today and it won't let me because it says I already have one scheduled.
On hold now for nearly 25 minutes.
Is anybody there?
As a follow-up I did eventually speak to someone who was very helpful and worked to resolve my problem.
The wait times are still too long and the callback feature seems to be broken.
Yes. The problem is a mix of Verizon being too cheap to hire more agents / pay more to retain agents they have plus other customers holding up the line for things they can do online or find from a 5 second Google search.
From the other side of the glass, calls are back to back where a dropped call is literally another caller coming in without a break.
