Hi VZ Team,
I just have a quick question regarding my rebate promotion. I switched 5 lines service from AT&T to VzW and current 3 out of 5 had approved the rebate prepaid cards and 2 of them were having an issue.
One was being told "Our records show that your purchase was not from a participating location"; another one was being told "Our records show this is not a new line of service which was a requirement for the offer. If you feel this is in error, please contact us". However, all 5 lines brought in at the same time and met all rebate instructions. Is there any way that I can speak to the resolution team to get some verifications about the rebate status.
