I traded my phone in June for an $800.00 credit and still haven't seen it reflected on my bill. The UPS tracking that the site provides is inaccurate. I am lucky I kept a copy of the shipping label because that is the only proof that I have that the package was actually delivered! Verizon support is not helpful at all. They keep saying 2-3 months but I haven't seen a change. Feeling absolutely sca.mmed.
Tried posting this and Verizon pinged sca.mmed as a 'bad word'... what a coincidence.
