I ordered two HTC One M9 phones with two-day delivery a week ago, and the order status still says processing. I chatted with a rep yesterday who told me that the order needed to be approved bya manager, but the manager had not been in to approve orders. Then the rep told me that the manager on duty had approved the order and sent it to the warehouse, but surprise surprise! The order still shows PROCESSING!
Verizon was quick enough to take my money, and they couldn't take away my unlimited data fast enough, but when it comes to taking care of a customer and actually following through, they are second-rate. BOO!
