My Verizon 4G LTE Jetpack no longer refreshes my data. I recently changed my plan, but I have done so in the past without consequence. Verizon has or recently had employees on strike, still Verizon says there's no consequence to consumers. Whatever the reason, I still don't have real time access to my data usage. The My Verizon app for android is showing data usage more than 12 hours old. Is my anxiety unwarranted?
