I want to keep getting paper bills. Despite telling VZW that I want a paper bill, I still got a notice in my last bill that I was being enrolled in paperless. I have searched all over the account options at this point in time (August 2020), and there is no place to clearly opt to keep getting paper bills. I called customer service, and the agent disconnected my call in the middle of my efforts to discuss the company's push to force me into paperless billing. I was shocked. VZW used to have good customer service, but it is incredibly poor now. You can't email. My call experience today was not good. Chats don't go through to a person, just a chatbot. Really unhappy!
