Store in Lancaster CA completely empty. 4 associates working, was not helped. Stood there waiting for 15 mins before checked in. Asked manager why there were 4 associates and not being helped. Manager Josh said they were busy. Store was completely empty.... usually, VZ has pretty decent customer service, but this was terrible. I came to add a line and was not checked in an additional 5 mins after the 15 mins. I ended up leaving and adding the extra line on the APP.
Mech182, I'm sorry to learn about the experience that you had at your local store location. We do want to make sure that our customers get nothing but world-class service no matter what avenue you use to get assistance. We do appreciate the feedback.
