I had an existing Verizon number that I recently changed to a new phone number. When I call 800-922-0204, the automated system speaks Spanish. I do not speak Spanish and when I called in to 800-225-5499, I was on hold 30 min. to be transferred to the appropriate department. When I asked the representative to solve the issue, they agreed with me that I pressed the incorrect option! I told them that it was immediately speak Spanish, and when I have asked them to solve the issue the reply was they cannot and they hanged up on me. Priceless customer service!
