My services are suspended which I get is my fault, but I paid a portion of the bill and the rest has to be setup on a payment plan and to have services restored I need to speak with a live agent. I have been trying to get in touch with them since 12pm EST it’s now 4:19, this is ridiculous that no one is available. I was able to chat with someone but they can’t help with the plan or restoring my service which is also ridiculous especially when the only method to have devices restored is speaking with a live agent.
