Anyone else had to deal with the chat with someone to be refused help AND refused a supervisor? Tried to call but no one can answer! My son's GIZMO bill was changed without me knowing to an unlimited plan at over $100 a month (should be $6!). They refuse to reimburse for what they added!
I had a similar issue this evening while using messages+ to talk to support. I spent 3 ½ hours going rounds with them. The first 2 agents seemed to genuinely be trying to help me with my issue but the 3rd one... pfftttt... it took her forever to reply to my messages and seemed to be just telling me different things to do just so I would get frustrated and give up. I asked for her supervisor 4 times and never was given the opportunity to talk to them. She seemed too busy doing whatever to actually do her job and didn't seem to have any knowledge of what she was supposed to be doing. She kept asking me to log in after I was already logged in and then would ask me what error message I was receiving. I had to repeat that several times as well... and I know some ppl have ADD or ADHD bc I myself am ADD and have a hard time making myself pay attention to what someone is saying so I may have to ask them the same question more than once but come on, all she had to do was reread what I had texted bc it was all via messages+. Not to mention I shouldn't have had to repeat myself over and over again to 3 different agents when it was all there in plain text. I admit I let her have it there at the end and told her she was inept and incompetent and needed to either retrain or find a new choice for employment and even began wondering if she could really read or was too busy with whatever was more important than actually doing her job. I did call in after that and recieved the nicest knowledgeable agent ever. My issue is still not fixed and am currently back on messages+ at the moment with another support agent... I am just hoping it goes better than the last attempt there.
