I've been with Verizon roughly since 2001 or longer. A few months ago I went through hurricane IDA, I called and asked for some type of discount on my cell phone bill, since cell phone service was not working for awhile, I immediately was told no. Here I am are currently my cell phone went out completely having to wait on a phone for nearly two weeks to come in, I feel as though I should have receive the next phone (galaxy 22 ultra which was in stock at the time). Still I am waiting on the galaxy s22 to come in and if I call to see about a discount on my phone bill I will probably be told no again. So does being a long time customer with Verizon even matter?
