I ordered a new phone from Verizon on Jan 9 with 2 day delivery. It's noe Jan 17th and I still have no phone. I called FedEx and thry say "lost pack" Called Verizon and they refuse to refund money or do anything. I can't buy another because my upgrade window is blocked and Verizon still does nothing. How long before I dispute the charge as fraud?
