Loyalty Discount ($25) and Corporate Account Discount At Same Time?

I just took advantage of the $25 loyalty offer I received.  My new plan summary has since removed my corporate/work discount.  Am I not able to retain that and the loyalty discount?  If so, how do I get it restored?
