How do I get help for a problem I can’t get relived for months now despite hours on the phone with multiple agents? They opened a second new line instead of a transfer and when I canceled it, they charged me $500 because it was the line I used for the promo. It’s too late to get promo on second slime bc I didn’t realize what happened until later when I saw I had 2 new lines. Also had to pay 2 activation fees. I keep getting agents who give me the run around and transfer me, say they can’t help or tell me the issue is going to be fixed. Please help!
