We recently moved our web based product to a new server. The product periodically sends emails to alert users about issues that they need to respond to. Some of our users use [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] as a gateway to send those messages as SMS text, but now with the new server they stopped receiving those messages. Mail to other @address.es are delivered with no problem.
The main thing that has changed is the IP address is different on the new server. We have confirmed that we have the SPF and DMARC records that spam filters use to verify that we are a legitimate source of mail. We also can see the vzwpix.com mail server successfully receiving mails set to it.
So it is clear that something else inside of the vzwpix.com mail path is blocking or dropping the messages that our users need to see. Is there anything else we need to do to have our mail accepted? These mails are sent from @internetdriven,com email addresses.
thanks,
Bart
There have been many reported issues of slow/no completion of text messages to vtext.com or vzwpix.com. Isn't vtext.com for SMS and vzwpix.com for MMS when it works?
You might have your technical support folks email/contact the Verizon Messaging Team at verizonmessages at verizonwireless dot com.
