Making payments are so difficult, as in you wont take my money.

WHY is it so hard to pay my bill????? 20 min into trying to give you money and all fail,   Let's make a payment arrangement why I didn't ask for an arrangement I just want to pay my bill.   I guess it's cool you do arrangements  but I just want to pay my bill today.

WHY Can't you improve this, the past year+ has been an epic pain in my backside when it comes to making payments.  SMH 

I really miss the old system, it just took my payments like literally everyone else in the world.  you want to give me money ok how much from done. 

I tell you how much to change and which credit card to use... instead you make up future day, and block multiple payments for the same day  WHY!!   I just want to use 2 cards why is that so hard.

I agree. I have never had so much trouble trying to log in and pay any bill as I do Verizon Fios. You already overcharge, but than the headache in trying to pay it is confusing.
