Hello: for the past 3 weeks I have been unable to use the Message+ web app. When I log in all I get is the loading screen that never loads. Is there a fix?
Thank you for the screenshot. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with the web version of Verizon Messages, but let's check that out. When using Incognito Mode of your browser, does the same issue happen? If so, please retry it again after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser and keep us posted.
