The store rep messed up the promotion and even admitted to it. We were supposed to get $700 off each phone as becoming a new customer with the “biggest 5G upgrade promotion” going on. Instead he messed it up and gave us BOGO and promised to fix it in the backend which was false my account shows a stupid $207 credit from the trade ins and not the $700 credit per line broken down over 30 months as promised doesn’t seem phone support can even help me and falling into the actual store is impossible.
