I received a ticket number during a phone call a couple of weeks ago. An outstanding order made online (now almost a month) had gotten "stuck" and the rep was going to delete the order and refund the amount paid. It was supposed to take 3-5 days, so she gave me a ticket number. The order still appears on my account (ordered August 6th) and the amount has not been reversed on my credit card. Is there a way to see the status of this ticket number. Nothing shows up on my account when I log in except for the outstanding order, looking the same it looked on August 6th when I entered it.
