I received an email on 12/16/19 with a military offer to change to change to Start Unlimited with details as below. The links in the email take you to nowhere where you can get anything for $3 more. The rep on the phone was very nice but had no idea what that offer was referring to. I contacted the corporate office and the gal who took my case went around in circles trying help me but could not find out aything about this offer. Very disorganized.
