I have this same issue. The offline department was supposed to review my case and respond, but no response was received.
I have spent hours on the phone and months. My trade-in credit has not been credited for over 7 months now. I want my old phone back.

Same issue here too: phones for $10/mo after credit, credit never shows up, despite two chat conversations with reps who told me credits would begin on the next statement.
I still have the original email with the offer, and trade-in was not required. I also have transcripts of the chats.
We've been with Verizon since the days of Pactel Cellular and Airtouch... but once this contract is up, we're gone. I can't believe a major corporation can be this bad either by accident or intent.
Duggyrob we would be sad to see such a loyal customer leave. I do want to help you with this promotion so you can stay. I have sent a Private Message so we can look into this together.

I gave voice to my complaints in this space, so I must also give voice to my gratitude to JenniferH_VZW that this has been resolved. I was notified by email that I had received the credits, and verified this by checking the "next month bill" forecast on my Verizon account. THANK YOU JenniferH_VZW!

I too have spent hours and waited months for credit on two phones. I was enticed to give up my old unlimited data plans on 2 phones. Now I am getting the run-around. I have tried to send a screenshot of my offer, since they can't find it. Can you believe they can't receive email or text, only fax. Who has a fax machine anymore?!!!
Credit has been issued a couple of times, I've been told it was fixed several times, now they offer to "settle" for several hundred dollars less than they owe..."cash", like they think that would be enough to buy me off!!!
