They can't receive texts or emails to review screenshot of my account when I ordered,2phones and gave up 2 unlimited data plans. Fraud is beginning to sound like the answer to the question. I've talked to several people and everyone has assured me that they resolved the problem and my credit would be on future bills. Next call they don't know why anyone said that.

I wouldn't hold your breath and instead file your own small claims court action or arbitration case if you want results.

I responded to an offer of 1/2 off in the form of a payment credit on a Motorola phone on Feb. I have s screenshot of the offer. I would NOT have ordered two phones if I was told the offer was not available when I called to order the phones.
Yesterday I was told the supervisor could not receive a copy of the screenshot by anything but.fax. Hard to believe, I already emailed copy to Emily when the phons we're ordered. There was no new line or trade-in required.

I m beyond upset, after being a valid costumer for several years, a got a payment credit of $ 40 as i had such a bad experience with one shop, i was notified of the credit and just did not used it as i was on an automated payment. now, i wanted to use it, before updating my new account details..... and the credit, which was there for several months, did disappear. The lady talked to her supervisor, who could not even offer me anything in return. THIS SERVICE terrible, i did not even got offerd the cheaper loyality program. THIS IS ALL SUCH A TERRIBLE SERVICE and i will fill a complain with the bbb.
