We understand the importance of being able to view your usage information online Nursy1. A fix was implemented on 6/30 to view previously saved nicknames. Full functionality will be restored by 7/8 and customers will be able to edit and add additional nicknames.
You have a great concern, astevens1117! Currently, we are experiencing an outage with this service, and our technicians are working diligently to get this resolved. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Hello, wildwes. We are glad to see that you have recovered the names for your logs. We are currently working on correcting the full functionality of the site. Currently we have an estimated date of July 8th for being able to add and edit the nicknames to the numbers. Does this help clarify?VianeyP_VZW
The things mentioned were fixed but still missing are the "show all calls (per billing period)" option and the ability to sort the call log based on any column header.
Also, if you (Verizon) are going to work on this please add a column so that when a nickname is created we do not lose the display of the original number. Please show the number and the nickname and also export both columns to the spreadsheet if a spreadsheet is requested.
Lastly, it is now August 9, 2020 and the call and message usage info has been working fairly well except for the above things that were either 1) lost with the latest site update or 2) would actually be enhancements. However, this weekend the site is largely unresponsive except for a "please try later" message, although it will occasionally return some info requested. This seems like someone must be working on the site. If true, and in the future, please announce such efforts in advance so we can plan around them.

The missing nicknames issue has resurfaced as of three days ago. All nicknames on the call log have disappeared. The text log is showing them correctly
