I am trying to switch a device on my account to a device that I own. It has never been an active phone on my account. The device is compatible with the network, however the sim card is not compatible with this phone. I had the option to order a sim card and received an order number which I did not save. This order is not found in my orders on my account, I have not received an email confirmation, nor have I received the sim card. How can I track my order when it is not found?
