I recently was let go from my job and had to make cuts on my spending for the month and changed my plan from $50 Unlimited to $40 5GB Data plan. I have autopay on and haven't canceled my service in ages. I did the plan change just before it was due for renewal. Auto pay took the amount needed out but my phone service hasn't turned back on and says I still need to put $40 down when I already paid $27 and some change($15 for auto-pay and loyalty discounts taken off and some extra added on for tax).
Gchicks37, we appreciate the payment that you made and the decision to stick with us during your rough times. I know the importance of having a working phone at all times and I appreciate you processing your plan change to help lower your cost. Was this for a Prepaid or Postpaid plan? I know it's been a couple of days however are you still having this issue?
